Lighting Technology Screening Matrix (LTSM)
LTSM is a software tool that calculates the life-cycle cost of an existing fixture and potential energy-efficient replacements. Funded by the DOE Federal Energy Management Program, it was developed at the Pacific Northwest National Lab (PNNL). It can be ordered through the Battelle Memorial Institute at 1-800-451-3543. The price is $499.
